Description Chevrolet Spark

Chevrolet Spark is an A-class front-wheel drive hatchback. The second generation was introduced in 2009 at the Geneva Motor Show and went on sale in 2010. From 2015 to 2020, it was sold under the designation Ravon R2, but then returned to the historical name.

The modern Spark is equipped with a 1.2-liter petrol engine with multipoint fuel injection. The four-cylinder power unit develops up to 85 hp. power (at 6400 rpm), and the maximum torque of the compact motor reaches 112.5 Nm (at 4200 rpm). The transmission is a four-speed automatic with disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear.

The five-door hatchback accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.4 seconds. Fuel consumption declared by the manufacturer: 8.2 l / 100 km in the urban cycle and 6.2 l / 100 km in the combined one. It is completed with a fuel tank of 35 l.

The basic package of the Spark includes: 2 airbags, electric power steering, ABS, immobilizer, central locking, ISOFIX rear child seat mounting, front power windows, an audio system with MP3, USB, AUX and Bluetooth, as well as audio preparation (2 speakers). In more expensive versions, 4 airbags, rear parking sensors, air conditioning, an on-board computer, heated front seats and side mirrors, power windows for all doors, an audio system with 4 speakers, a height-adjustable steering column and other equipment can be installed.

Chevrolet Spark is produced in Uzbekistan at the GM-Uzbekistan JV plant.
